Daphne and Julian were once a couple admired by everyone, but after a life-or-death race, they were blocked by Julians mother and separated. Heartbroken, Daphne parted ways with Julian. Unfortunately, her younger brother was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. Three years later, in order to obtain the X-special medicine for her brothers treatment, Daphne re-encounters Julian, who has since inherited the Wilson Pharmaceutical Group, through an introduction by her suitor Colin (Julians nephew). Julian, seeing Daphne again, forcefully asserts his dominance over her. Daphne, in pursuit of the X-special medicine, gets entangled with Julian emotionally once more. After a series of twists and turns, the true reason for Daphnes departure gradually comes to light,and finally ,Julian and Daphne reconcile and mend their relationship.
