An April Fools' prank tears off the hypocritical mask of a ten-year marriage. Medical professor Barry begs his 6-month-pregnant wife to give her heart to his student Bella. He cares about every trivial thing of Bella but scoffs at his wife's sacrifices. Only when Cathy aborts the baby and divorces him resolutely does he realize his loss.
