Raised by Ms. Thompson, Samuel faces oppression from the Quinn family. His mother, Victoria, descends from heaven to find him and expose the Quinn familys misdeeds. Then the Emperor intervenes, acknowledges Samuel as his son, and punishes the Quinn family severely. Samuel and Ms. Thompson are well provided for. The whole family comes together again. Samuel inherits the celestial powers. The wicked are all punished, and peaces restored to the people.
